When am I going to receive my order?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave our warehouses within 7 business days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. Most of them should be received within 2-4 weeks of your order date. For giveaway items, please allow up to 7 weeks due to high volume.
Please be aware that these deadlines are estimated and may vary depending on order volume and the season of the year.
If the order doesn't arrive on time due to customs checking or due to unexpected delays we can't control, we are sorry for that in advance but we promise it will be worth the wait!
Can I change the design of the ordered case?
You can change the design of the case ordered by sending us an email to email@example.com as long as it was not shipped yet.
Can I cancel my order?
All changes and/or cancellation must be requested within 24h of the order placement. After that deadline we can't cancel your order as it is already being processed, paid and/or handmade.
Are the items shipped together?
We have several warehouses and suppliers to get you the best deals possible, so they may be sent out in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. If that happens you are going to receive a tracking number for each order.
How can you do Free Shipping on every order?

Where can I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking the tracking code you received in the email once the item has been shipped.
Can I change my shipping address?
You can change your address before the item is shipped by contacting us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
My item is broken, can I get a new one?
If your item broke, which does not happen often, you can contact us and we will do our best to help you.
Can I be refunded?
If you do not receive your order or if you are not happy with it within 30 days of your purchase, you can ask for a refund.
Can I use multiple discount codes on the same order?
Unfortunately only one discount code can be used per order including shipping discounts. If a discount code is used on the order, the cost of shipping will be added back onto the order total. We apologize for any inconvenience.
I forgot to use my discount code, now what?
If you forgot to use your discount code we can't apply that discount to that order anymore, so please use it while checking out and make sure it was applied properly.
Will I be responsible for taxes and duties on my order?
At this time we can't add customs fees to an order's total as we do not have the ability to know the cost of customs charges ahead of time, as they will vary for each country. All international customers are responsible for the taxes and duties that are charged once the package is received at your local postal facility.
